This is one of Mandysbitch's sweeter stories in which the boys get tipsy and end up in bed. It's hot and steamy, a nice slice-of-life, and soft-centered. Lovely writing, and a feelgood ending.

The entire series of ficlets are fluffy and happy. A perfect read when you need a reason to smile and laugh.
I'm going to put my hopes into that 'ish' part of complete-ish because we all need new reasons to smile.

Why This Must Be Read: I'm rarely one to go in for porn-with-plot (When I drink water, I drink water; when I drink whiskey, I drink whiskey), but this fic has a great balance with the whump, angst, and threesome featuring excellent characterization. Told from Carter's POV, the fic features her, Teal'c, and Daniel taken prisoner while Jack has (we hope) escaped.
Teal'c's characterization especially is an absolute treat. It captures his personality well, at one point describing him, "He did everything with such tightly restrained, but visible passion".

The way it’s written—in a kind of reverse 5+1 structure—feels like a countdown, ignition, and finally, lift-off for the rocket of love that is McShep

Why This Must Be Read: This romance is set in an Atlantis where clever programmers have created a virtual environment where people can hook up via avatars, and where Biro (Valerie) and Sheppard (Dec) have an enjoyable dom/sub relationship. Biro is a quirky and funny dominatrix, still her somewhat geeky, socially anxious self from canon, but able to use the VE in deliciously creative ways which Dec very much appreciates. The story's well structured with Valerie and Dec initially anonymous, then having to navigate Biro finding out Dec's RL identity and dealing with the consequences, including whether or not their relationship can work in the real world. There are some interesting explorations of self-image, with Sheppard's inner self way more geeky and uncool than his public persona. A fun read - hot as hell and remarkably charming.
